I would like to state that I am truly satisfied with the Amphora egg that I purchased.  I have noticed that the water that is produced from the storing within the Amphora, tastes better on the tongue.
 
I believe that due to the breathing and the continual movement of the water contained within, the water is becoming enlivened.  The Amphora is a marvelous item to watch.  Every day depending upon the weather, one cannot help notice that the egg is cooling itself down through condensation.
 
People always comment on what is the egg.  Once they have a taste of the water, they to are amazed at the coolness and fresh taste that comes from drinking the stored water.
 
I follow the advice that the water should always remain full for better circulation.  I believe this to be correct.
